Payment must be made in advance. Payment for legal counseling is non-refundable, as the service is considered initiated when the application form and payment are submitted.

The Provider agrees to treat the Client’s personal data in accordance with current privacy regulations.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Submission of the request form and payment for the online legal advice service implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Jurisdiction
The Court of Milan will have jurisdiction over any dispute related to this online legal advice service.
